Terms of Service

By accessing or using Forcalabs (the “Service”), a product of Forcalabs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Forcalabs is an AI-powered reply generation tool for X (formerly Twitter). The Service uses large language models to generate algorithm-optimised reply suggestions based on your input. The Service includes:

• AI-generated reply variants using multiple archetypes
• Adaptive memory engine that learns from your feedback
• Burstiness quality scoring to detect and reduce AI-sounding text
• Credit-based usage system with subscription and one-time top-up options

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately at hello@forcalabs.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Credits are the unit of usage on Forcalabs. Each generation request consumes one credit and produces two reply variants.

Free plan users receive 2 credits per month at no charge. Credits reset on the first day of each calendar month and do not roll over.

Paid subscriptions (Spark, Blaze, Business) are billed monthly in advance through Polar.sh, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

One-time credit packs are purchased as a single transaction. These credits are added to your account immediately and never expire while your account remains active.

Daily caps apply to all plans regardless of monthly balance. Unused daily allowances do not carry over.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or content designed to manipulate social media platforms in violation of their terms
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual or group
• Generate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service in excess of normal usage patterns
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Our IP: The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Forcalabs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

Your outputs: You own the reply text generated by the Service using your inputs. We do not claim ownership over outputs you create. However, you are solely responsible for how you use those outputs, including compliance with X’s Terms of Service and applicable laws.

Your inputs: By submitting content (posts, preferences, feedback), you grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated replies will achieve any particular engagement outcome on X
• The Service will remain compatible with X’s platform as X changes its algorithms

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORCALABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Forcalabs in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forcalabs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us at hello@forcalabs.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Unused subscription credits are forfeited upon termination caused by your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
