• You must sign in to use core functionality (uploads, generation, exports, saving outputs).
• We may restrict access until an account is verified or billing is active.

2.3 Service Availability

• We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Service availability may be impacted by maintenance, upgrades, outages, third-party issues, or events outside our control.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating and maintaining your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact us immediately.

3.3 Suspension / Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk for the platform.
• We may restrict access to comply with law, protect users, prevent fraud, or maintain Service integrity.

4. Subscription & Payment

4.1 Plans

• ForcaLabs offers subscription tiers with different features and usage limits.
• Plan details are shown on your pricing page and at checkout.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (e.g., monthly or yearly), depending on your plan.
• Taxes may apply depending on your billing location.
• We may change pricing for new periods by providing reasonable notice where required.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

• Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

4.4 Failed Payments

• If payment fails, we may retry billing and notify you.
• We may pause or restrict features until payment is resolved.

5. Credits & Usage

5.1 Usage Rules

• Your Plan include credits or usage limits (uploads, minutes processed, generated outputs, etc.).
• Usage is deducted according to the rules of your plan as shown in your account.

5.2 Reset

• Usage typically resets each billing cycle unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Unused credits/limits typically do not roll over unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.3 Fair Use

• Automation abuse, scraping, or attempts to bypass limits are not allowed.
• We may throttle, restrict, or suspend accounts that degrade platform performance or violate limits.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of the audio/video you upload.
• You represent and warrant that you have the rights and permissions to upload and process your content.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Generated Output

• As between you and ForcaLabs, you own outputs generated from your inputs.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or commercial use.
• AI output may contain inaccuracies and may be similar to outputs generated for other users.

6.3 Our Platform

• ForcaLabs owns the Service software, UI, branding, and systems.
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works of the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

7.1 Content Restrictions

• No illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws.
• No uploading copyrighted or third-party content without proper permissions.
• No malware, phishing, scams, deceptive content, or harmful automation.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or violent content.

7.2 Platform Abuse

• No scraping, attempting to bypass limits, or interfering with platform security.
• No probing, scanning, or testing vulnerability of the Service.
• No reselling or redistributing the Service without written permission.

8. Data & Privacy

8.1 Privacy Policy

• Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties.

8.2 Security

• We use reasonable security measures and we assure that yes we do not share your information with third parties.
• You are responsible for securing your account and device.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

9.2 AI Output

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or bias.
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking outputs before use.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForcaLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• We are not liable for issues caused by third-party providers or events outside our control.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

10.1 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings.
• Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

10.2 Refunds

• Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.
• Refunds may be issued only when a genuine technical issue prevents normal usage of the Service.
• You may be required to provide details and allow troubleshooting to verify the issue.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 Policy Updates

• We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements.
• If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.

11.2 Continued Use

• Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
