Forcalabs is a product built and operated by Forcalabs (“we,” “us,” “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it.

Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and any profile information you choose to provide (display name, profile picture).

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including the posts you submit for reply generation, archetype and length selections, feedback signals (thumbs up/down), credits consumed, and timestamps.

Memory data: To personalise the Service, we store your preferred archetypes, writing patterns, custom instructions, and feedback history. This data is tied to your account and used solely to improve reply quality for you.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Polar.sh. We do not store your full card number or payment credentials. We receive confirmation of payment status and subscription information from Polar.sh.

Technical data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and cookies necessary for authentication and security.

We use your data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Personalise AI-generated replies using your stored memory and preferences
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (billing receipts, account alerts)
• Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
• Analyse aggregate usage trends to improve the product (always anonymised)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your submitted posts to train AI models that are shared outside of your personal memory engine.

We use the following third-party services to operate Forcalabs:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Your account data and generated replies are stored in Supabase. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Groq, Inc. — AI inference. The posts you submit are sent to Groq’s API to generate replies. Groq does not use submitted prompts for model training. Groq Privacy Policy
• Polar.sh — payment processing. Billing information is handled by Polar.sh and their payment partner. Polar Privacy Policy
• Vercel — hosting and deployment. Vercel Privacy Policy

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from logging in to the Service.

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. Generated reply logs are retained for up to 12 months to power your history view. Memory data (preferences, patterns) is retained indefinitely while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Payment records are retained for up to 7 years as required for financial compliance.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data (via the Settings page or by contacting us)
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting hello@forcalabs.com
• Export your data by contacting us (we will provide a machine-readable copy)
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@forcalabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Row-level security in our database (each user can only access their own data)
• No plaintext password storage (authentication handled by Supabase Auth)
• Webhook signature verification for all payment events

No system is completely secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly to hello@forcalabs.com.

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
