Refund Policy

The short version

If you have not used any credits after subscribing or purchasing a credit pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. If you have used any credits, refunds are not available. Contact us at hello@forcalabs.com.

1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a refund on subscription payments (Spark, Blaze, Business plans) under the following conditions:

✓ Eligible for full refund

  • You have not used any credits from the subscription
  • You contact us within 7 calendar days of the payment date
  • Your account has not previously received a refund for the same plan

✗ Not eligible for refund

  • You have used one or more credits from the subscription
  • More than 7 days have passed since the payment date
  • The refund request is for a renewal charge that you failed to cancel before the billing date

To cancel future renewals without requesting a refund, you can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing → Manage on Polar. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Credit Pack Refunds

One-time credit pack purchases (10, 20, or 50 credits) are eligible for a refund under the same conditions as subscriptions:

  • No credits from the pack have been used
  • Refund requested within 7 calendar days of purchase

Once any credits from the pack have been used, the purchase is non-refundable, regardless of how many credits remain.

3. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no charge. No payment is taken and therefore no refund applies.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@forcalabs.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • The email address associated with your Forcalabs account
  • The date of the payment
  • The plan or credit pack you purchased
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional, helps us improve)

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Polar.sh and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension. We are happy to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly — please give us the opportunity to do so first.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
